NOV Inc (NOV) Tops Q2 EPS by 14c; offers outlook

NOV Inc (NYSE: NOV) reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.13 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.08 billion.

OUTLOOK

For the third quarter of 2026, management expects year-over-year consolidated revenues to be flat to up 2 percent, with Adjusted EBITDA expected to be between $240 million and $270 million.
