NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.76, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.22 billion.

2025 EXPENSE AND TAX GUIDANCE UPDATE7

The company is initiating its 2025 non-GAAP operating expense guidance at a range of $2,245 million to $2,325 million, and its 2025 non-GAAP tax rate guidance to be in the range of 22.5% to 24.5%.
