Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSPD) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.07), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.32 million.

Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $33.5-$35.5 million, versus the consensus of $33.4 million.
