Microchip Technology (NASDAQ: MCHP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $552 million versus the consensus estimate of $551.85 million.

GUIDANCE:

Microchip Technology sees Q4 2016 EPS of $0.65-$0.69, versus the consensus of $0.66. Microchip Technology sees Q4 2016 revenue of $552-568.5 million, versus the consensus of $567 million.
