McDonald's Corp. (NYSE: MCD) reports Q1 EPS of $0.87, or $0.83 ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter was $5.08 billion, versus the consensus of $5.19 billion.
Same store sales rose 4.3% during the quarter. Same store sales in the US rose 4.7%, up 3.2% in Europe, up 5.5% in Asia/Pacific.
