Magic Software Enterprises (MGIC) Misses Q1 EPS by 3c

Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ: MGIC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.97 million.

Magic is reiterating its fiscal year 2016 guidance issued in February for full year revenues between $191 million to $195 million on a constant currency basis.
