Macerich (MAC) Tops Q4 EPS by 21c; offers guidance

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $238.69 million versus the consensus estimate of $224.49 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees FY2024 EPS of ($0.08)-$0.02. FFO per share-diluted of 1.75-1.85.
