Macerich (MAC) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q2 EPS of $1.02, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $259.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $252.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees FY2016 EPS of $4.05-$4.15, versus the consensus of $4.10.
