MKS Instruments (NASDAQ: MKSI) reported Q1 EPS of $2.56, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $2.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $694 million versus the consensus estimate of $652.22 million.

GUIDANCE:

MKS Instruments sees Q2 2021 EPS of $2.66-$3.18, versus the consensus of $2.23. MKS Instruments sees Q2 2021 revenue of $710-770 million, versus the consensus of $654.4 million.
