Liberty Property Trust (LPT) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c

Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.65, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $199.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $197.6 million.

Same store operating income increased by 2.6% over the 2014 fourth quarter.
