Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.50, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.5 billion.

Deliveries of 4,302 homes – up 19%
New orders of 5,287 homes – up 18%; new orders dollar value of $1.8 billion – up 25%
Backlog of 6,817 homes – up 20%; backlog dollar value of $2.4 billion – up 24%
