Knowles (NYSE: KN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.16, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $294.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $297.89 million.

Knowles sees FY2015 EPS of $0.18-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.22. Knowles sees FY2015 revenue of $290-310 million, versus the consensus of $313.6 million.
