Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c ; Offers Guidance

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $451.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $446.85 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kimco Realty sees FY2024 EPS of $0.47-$0.51, versus the consensus of $0.69.
