Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q2 FFO by 1c, Updates FY Guidance

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q2 FFFO of $0.37, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $289.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.7 million.

Kimco Realty sees FY2015 FFO of $1.43-$1.46, versus prior guidance of $1.42-$1.45 and the consensus of $1.44.
