Kimball International (KBAL) Tops Q4 EPS by 13c

Kimball International (NASDAQ: KBAL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $183.55 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kimball International sees FY2023 revenue of $750-780 million, versus the consensus of $738.3 million.

The Company expects adjusted EBITDA in a range of $48-52M. The company expects fiscal 2023 revenue and adjusted EBITDA to be weighted somewhat toward the second half of the year, with the fourth quarter being the strongest. The company anticipates first quarter fiscal 2023 revenue will be similar to fourth quarter fiscal 2022 levels with Adjusted EBITDA tracking slightly lower due to higher labor and logistics costs and higher LIFO expense.
