Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC) reported Q4 FFO of $0.80, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $147.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $136.16 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kilroy Realty sees FY2016 FFO of $3.31-$3.51, versus the consensus of $3.40.
