KeyCorp (KEY) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c

KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion.

Key incurred merger-related costs and a pension settlement charge totaling $10 million, or $.01 per common share. Key incurred pension settlement charges of $19 million, or $.01 per common share, during the third quarter of 2015, and $3 million during the fourth quarter of 2014.
