Kennametal (KMT) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c ; Offers Guidance

Kennametal (NYSE: KMT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.30, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $495.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $498.99 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kennametal sees Q3 2024 EPS of $0.25-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.47. Kennametal sees Q3 2024 revenue of $510-530 million, versus the consensus of $541.7 million.

Kennametal sees FY2024 EPS of $1.35-$1.65, versus the consensus of $1.73. Kennametal sees FY2024 revenue of $2.02-2.07 billion, versus the consensus of $2.09 billion.
