Kaman (KAMN) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, Offers FY15 Outlook

Kaman (NYSE: KAMN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $442.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $429.1 million.

• Sales of $1,250 million to $1,280 million
• Operating margins of 4.9% to 5.2%
• Aerospace:
• Sales of $625 million to $645 million
• Operating margins of 17.1% to 17.5%
• Interest expense of approximately $13 million
• Corporate expenses of $53 million to $54 million
• Estimated annualized tax rate of approximately 34%
• Depreciation and amortization expense of approximately $40 million
• Capital expenditures of $30 million to $40 million
• Free cash flow* in the range of $75 million to $90 million
