J2 Global (JCOM) Tops Q1 EPS by 52c; Raises Outlook

J2 Global (NASDAQ: JCOM) reported Q1 EPS of $2.18, $0.52 better than the analyst estimate of $1.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $398.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $363.23 million.

“J2 continues to produce outstanding results across the board,” said Vivek Shah, CEO of J2 Global. “Our strong momentum adds to the considerable excitement within our organization as we prepare to separate into two independent publicly traded companies.”

GUIDANCE:

J2 Global sees FY2021 EPS of $9.27-$9.51, versus the consensus of $9.10. J2 Global sees FY2021 revenue of $1.676-1.7 billion, versus the consensus of $1.65 billion.
