Iron Mountain (IRM) Misses Q3 EPS by 4c, provides guidance

Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) reported Q3 EPS of $0.44, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.55 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Iron Mountain sees FY2024 revenue of $6-6.15 billion, versus the consensus of $6.142 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA: $2,175 - $2,225

AFFO: $1,300 - $1,335

AFFO Per Share: $4.39 - $4.51
