Herc (HRI) Q4 Revenue Tops Views

Herc (NYSE: HRI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $491.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $454.22 million.

• The Company reported net income of $214.3 million, or $7.44 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2017 compared with a net loss of $13.2 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, for the same period in the prior year. The 2017 fourth quarter included an estimated one-time net benefit of $207.1 million, or $7.19 per diluted share, associated with the enactment of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
