HealthSouth (HLS) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c, Updates FY Guidance

HealthSouth (NYSE: HLS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.53, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $596.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $595.3 million.

HealthSouth sees FY2014 EPS of $2.24-$2.27, versus prior guidance of $2.25-$2.31 and the consensus of $2.05. It sees full-year 2014 Adjusted EBITDA guidance in a range of $575 million to $580 million from a range of $570 million to $580 million.
