Health Care REIT (NYSE: HCN) reported Q4 FFO of $1.13, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $973.72 million.

GUIDANCE:

Health Care REIT sees FY2016 FFO of $4.50 - $4.60, versus the consensus of $4.61.
