HCP (HCP) Tops Q4 FFO by 2c

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q4 FFO of $0.79, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $603.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $584.82 million.

HCP sees FY2015 FFO of $3.15 - $3.21, versus the consensus of $3.18.
