HCP (HCP) Reports In-Line Q2 FFO

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q2 FFO of $0.75, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $536.12 million versus the consensus estimate of $523.5 million.

HCP sees FY2014 FFO of $2.97-$3.03, versus the consensus of $3.02.
