HCP (HCP) Reports In-Line Q1 FFO of 67c

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q1 FFO of $0.67, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $459.01 million versus the consensus estimate of $462.78 million.

HCP sees FY2012 FFO of $2.71-$2.77, versus the consensus of $2.74.
