Guidance Software (GUID) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c, Maintains FY Guidance

Guidance Software (NASDAQ: GUID) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.06), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $25 million versus the consensus estimate of $24.7 million.

2015 Financial Outlook:

The Company is reiterating full-year guidance for the year ending December 31, 2015 as follows:

Revenue is expected to be in the range of $108 million to $112 million.
Non-GAAP pre-tax earnings are expected to be approximately ($0.15) – ($0.08) per share
