Grace (GRA) Posts Q1 GAAP Loss of 4c/Share

Grace (NYSE: GRA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.04), $0.58 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $362.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $396 million.

This net loss includes approximately $40 million of after tax costs related to the separation of GCP Applied Technologies Inc. (GCP) in the first quarter of 2016.
