Genuine Parts (NYSE: GPC) reported Q2 EPS of $1.29, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.05 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Genuine Parts sees FY2017 EPS of $4.70-$4.75, versus the consensus of $4.79.

• For the full year 2017, the Company continues to expect total sales to be up 3% to 4%.
