General Growth Properties (GGP) Reports In-Line Q2 FFO

General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP) reported Q2 FFO of $0.33, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $579.98 million versus the consensus estimate of $616.1 million.

Comparable net operating income (“Same Store NOI”) increased 3.6% to $543 million from $524 million in the prior year period.
