GSI Group (GSIG) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS

GSI Group (NASDAQ: GSIG) reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.9 million.

Company name change to Novanta expected in May 2016.

GUIDANCE:

GSI Group sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.23-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.25. GSI Group sees Q2 2016 revenue of $95 million, versus the consensus of $95.5 million.

GSI Group sees FY2016 revenue of $375-390 million, versus the consensus of $383.3 million.
