Freshpet (FRPT) Misses Q3 EPS by 13c

Freshpet (NASDAQ: FRPT) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $107.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.46 million.

GUIDANCE:

Freshpet sees FY2021 revenue of $445 million, versus the consensus of $446 million.

• Net sales of ~$445 million, an increase of ~40% from 2020, from previous guidance of >$445 million
• Adjusted EBITDA of ~$50 million, an increase of ~7% from 2020, from previous guidance of >$61 million
