First Industrial Realty (FR) Reports In-Line Q4 FFO

First Industrial Realty (NYSE: FR) reported Q4 FFO of $0.32, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $90.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.32 million.

Diluted net income available to common stockholders per share (EPS) was $0.17 in the fourth quarter, compared to $0.18 a year ago.
