Felcor Lodging Trust (NYSE: FCH) reported Q1 FFO of $0.14, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210 million versus the consensus estimate of $204.27 million.

Same-store RevPAR increased 4.7% over the same period in 2015, which exceeded the industry average of 2.7%.

GUIDANCE:

Felcor Lodging Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $0.93-$0.99, versus the consensus of $0.96.
