Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.76, $0.33 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $782.41 million versus the consensus estimate of $780.11 million.

GUIDANCE:

Equity Residential sees Q4 2025 EPS of $0.59-$0.63.

Equity Residential sees FY2025 EPS of $2.52-$2.56.
