Emeritus (NYSE: ESC) reported Q1 FFO of $0.38, versus $0.33 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $323 million versus the consensus estimate of $329.13 million.

Emeritus sees FY2012 EPS of $1.60-$1.70. Emeritus sees FY2012 revenue of $1.3-$1.33 billion, versus the consensus of $1.33 billion.
