Element Solutions (ESI) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c; updates guidance

Element Solutions (NYSE: ESI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.39, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $645 million versus the consensus estimate of $626.52 million.

Updated 2024 Guidance

The Company expects full year 2024 adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $535 million to $540 million. In addition, the Company expects its full year 2024 free cash flow to be in the range of $280 million to $300 million.
