Element Solutions (ESI) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c; updates guidance

Element Solutions (NYSE: ESI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $613 million versus the consensus estimate of $606.95 million.

GUIDANCE

In June 2024, the Company increased its full year 2024 adjusted EBITDA expectation to an updated range of $530 million to $545 million. In addition, the Company expects its full year 2024 free cash flow to be in the range of $280 million to $300 million.
