Element Solutions (ESI) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c

Element Solutions (NYSE: ESI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $453 million versus the consensus estimate of $436.38 million.

2020 Guidance:

For the second quarter of 2020, the Company expects adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $70 million to $75 million. However, at this time, the extent of the impact of COVID-19 on the Company's adjusted EBITDA cannot be accurately predicted or quantified.
