Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX) reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $339.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $330.9 million.
COO Transition
Dropbox also announced that Dennis Woodside is stepping down as Chief Operating Officer. He’ll remain at the company until early September and serve as an advisor through the end of the year.
