Dow Chemical (NYSE: DOW) is trading up 3.6% early on strong Q4 results, which the CEO on CNBC said were 'blow-out'.
Dow reported Q4 EPS of $0.85, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.5 billion.
