Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI) reported Q3 FFO of $0.40, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $160.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.77 million.

Douglas Emmett sees FY2015 FFO of $1.62-$1.64, versus the consensus of $1.63.
