Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.40, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $597 million versus the consensus estimate of $622.6 million.

Donaldson sees FY2015 EPS of $1.77-$1.97, versus the consensus of $1.93.
