Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Tops Q3 EPS by 44c; Offers Guidance

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.75, $0.44 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.19 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty updated its 2022 Core FFO per share outlook of $6.70-$6.75 and updated its 2022 constant-currency Core FFO per share outlook of $6.95 - $7.00
