Cowen Group (NASDAQ: COWN) reported Q2 EPS of $0.71, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $234.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $218.99 million.

  • Revenue increased 36% year over year to $234.3 million compared to $171.9 million in the prior year period.
