Costar Group (CSGP) Misses Q3 EPS by 8c, provides guidance

Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) reported Q3 EPS of $0.10, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $833.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $812.12 million.

GUIDANCE:

Costar Group sees FY2025 EPS of $0.82-$0.84, versus the consensus of $0.82. Costar Group sees FY2025 revenue of $3.23-3.24 billion, versus the consensus of $3.225 billion.

Costar Group sees Q4 2025 EPS of $0.26-$0.28, versus the consensus of $0.30. Costar Group sees Q4 2025 revenue of $885-895 million, versus the consensus of $898.1 million.
