CoreCivic (CXW) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, provides guidance

CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q4 EPS of $0.23, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $491.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $489.63 million.

GUIDANCE:

CoreCivic sees FY 2024 EPS of $0.58-$0.72, versus the consensus of $0.77.

FFO per diluted share $1.46 to $1.61.

EBITDA $300.3 million to $313.3 million.
