CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q1 EPS of $0.41, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $484.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $466.9 million. FFO per Share of $0.64 Exceed Guidance.

GUIDANCE:

CoreCivic sees Q2 2019 EPS of $0.40-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.33.

CoreCivic sees FY2019 EPS of $1.56-$1.62, versus the consensus of $1.52.
