Fourth Quarter of 2014 Outlook

ChinaCache currently expects to generate total net revenues in the range of RMB365.0 million (US$59.5 million) to RMB370.0 million (US$60.3 million) for the fourth quarter of 2014, representing a decrease of 1.4% to 2.7% from the third quarter of 2014, and an increase of 7.6% to 9.0% from the fourth quarter of 2013.
